These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Go Transfer Peak, the trading name of PEAK MOVE SAS (SIREN 941 136 335, 888 Route de la Caille, 74350 Allonzier-la-Caille, France). The version in force at the time a Booking is confirmed and paid for shall apply to that Booking.
Go Transfer Peak also reserves the right to increase the agreed service price or cancel the provision of the service in the event of exceptional fuel price increases or other extraordinary circumstances affecting operating costs. In such cases, the Customer will be notified in writing, and the revised price shall only apply if mutually agreed by both parties.
Any journey duration displayed on the Go Transfer Peak website, mobile application or other promotional materials is provided for guidance only and is based on normal traffic conditions for the relevant route, city, country and season.
Go Transfer Peak shall not be liable for missed flights, transfers, reservations or any other services where the Customer has selected their own pick-up time.
In the event of a dispute, photographic evidence of the damage may be collected and submitted to the Company’s insurer for assessment. Any inspection, expert evaluation or related costs shall be borne by the Customer.
The Operator will inform the Customer of such circumstances as soon as reasonably practicable.
Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Annecy, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which the Customer habitually resides. Consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
This section applies where an Economy or Shared Transfer is selected at the time of Booking.
