- 60 minutes free waiting time for airport pickups
- 15 minutes free waiting time for all other pickups
Additional waiting time is charged per 15-minute intervals.

How will I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will wait at the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights and adjust pickup times automatically at no extra charge. Your driver will wait for you regardless of the delay.
Is there a luggage limit?
Standard bookings include:
- 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage per passenger
Additional luggage can be accommodated with prior notice.
