Where these reviews come from
We are reviewed on three independent platforms. None of them lets us edit or remove what customers write, which is the point of using them.

What we do about the reviews that are not five stars
We have some. Sixty-four reviews at 4.6 means not every journey went the way we wanted, and the ones that did not are still on our Google profile where anyone can read them.
We reply to them publicly rather than quietly hoping they scroll away. If something went wrong on your transfer, telling us directly is faster than telling Google — write to [email protected] and it reaches the person who can fix it.
